Thank you for visiting my website.
It started with passion for wine.
I grew up in Bordeaux and wines were something very familiar for me since my childhood.
About 11 years ago, I came Japan and entered wine business in 1997.
I believe good wines always bring happiness and it's really my pleasure to help my customers have memorable time with my wines . But to recommend you a good wine is not so easy because your taste is quite different from somebody else. Through my experience, I realized that the better communication I have with you, the better selection I can make to satisfy your palate. To enjoy a wine tasting in a relaxed atmosphere, I started to conduct home wine tasting events since 1997. I always have fun meeting people from different background at the events. So, why not with you!
The system is really simple. I will visit your home, or your office according to your preference, with 7 kind of wines ( e.g. 3 whites and 4 reds) free of charge. You let me know what type of wine you would like to taste, the theme of your party, then it will be very helpful to make the best selection for you.
For your reference, read here some comments from my customers .

"Eric Dahler's approach to wine tasting is gracious, friendly, and most importantly, down to earth. He follows the customer's demand in terms of price range and type of wines, and always comes up with a great selection...he does not bother the average customer with wine jargons and makes the tasting experience simple, fun, and delicious everytime, whether it involves classic or new world wines. So far we have organized several tasting events, and would recommend Eric to any wine lover, whether beginner or experienced." Ferda Gelegen, November 22, 2006
