Why you need a wine tasting?

Your perfect wine will come by wine tastings. If you can taste fine wines in a relaxed atmosphere at your home, or at your  office with your family, friends, and colleagues, isn't it much better than repeating guessing work in front of hundreds bottles at a shop? As a wine consultant, I have been helping customers find their perfect wines since 1997. I will visit your place (home, office, or your prefered place) with the best selections based on your choices and needs. You can enjoy the tasting with your family, friends, colleagues, and wine lovers free of charge .You just schedule  the party, and with your guests, you will choose and taste some wines you really like, and you can even order at that time. You don't need to go a wine shop, read the labels, guessing the taste, and so on. Save your time and energy and just enjoy your life!

Château Famaey Elevé en Fût de Chêne
Appellation of the wine: A.O.C. Cahors
Vintage 2003
.

Grape Variety: 80% Malbec, 15% Merlot , 5% Tannat.

Vinification : Manual Harvest with low yields in order to obtain a high quality wine.Grapes are harvested selectively according to grape variety, quality, age and location of the vine.
Vinified in temperature controlled steen-steel vats. Maceration (soaking) using the traditional method for 14 to 18 days.
Aged for 14 months in oak barrels ( 30% new and 70% 1 year old from Allier , Central France).
Age of the vines : Between 22 and 52 years old.

Colour: Intense black with mahogany reflections.
Nose: very spicy (prevailingly peppery) with notes of dark fruits(blackcurrant and cherry) blending into a persistent note of liquorice. The wood remains very discrete. In the mouth: Rounded start, followed by a middle that presents a lot of body and a very exquisite balance which here also is sustained by a delightful understated sweetness of the wood bearing witness to a very fine and precise vinification. The finale is a little more structured than the other vintages but the wine is already coated by the body that conceals the very strong and fine tannins. Altogether this wine presents very powerful and full-bodied whole with a wonderful longevity in the mooth.
This is a keeping wine that can be
enjoyed already.
The very liquoricy nose, characteristic for the 03 vintage, is clearly present together with the notes of prune that sustain an
 enchanting  aromatic complexity.

Altanza Reserva Especial 2001
Fabulous wine from Rioja Spain

“The 2001 Altanza was sourced from the Montecillo Vineyard and its 75+ years-old Tempranillo vines. Medium   -coloured, it reveals an expressive noise of pain grilled, tobacco, spice bar, black cherry and blackberry. This leads to a medium-bodied wine with a silky texture, and elegant personality, complex flavours and enough structure to carry this tasty wine trough 2020”
The Wine Advocate by Robert Parker – 92 points
“Deep ruby. Ripe red and dark berry aromas are given an exotic twist by sweet vanilla, mocha and sandalwood. Strong oak notes mark the lush dark berry and kirsch flavours and add a slight bitterness, not to mention tannic structure. With air the fruit builds, beating up on the oak pretty well and carrying nicely through the long, spice finish. Impressively persistent and juicy stuff, with head-turning depths of lush, concentrated fruit”
International Wine Cellar by Stephen Tanzer – 92 points
Bacchus 2008: Silver Bacchus.
Gold Zarcillo 2007
